Welcome to the Tailoring Care Scholarship Award

The Tailoring Care Scholarship Award is open, through competitive application, to HIV specialists who wish to improve the clinical care and management of people living with HIV in the UK.

Successful candidates are invited to participate in a bespoke training programme, which will be tailored to their specific needs at a briefing meeting with their appointed mentor team and may include:

• appointment of 1 core mentor and 3-4 specialist consultants as a mentorship team
• work experience / placement at up to 4 centers of excellence
• support to attend a relevant international conference
• key skills (scientific writing, presentation & media skills, statistics)

All travel, accommodation, registration and appropriate expenses to fulfill these activities will be met by the scholars fund in accordance with ABPI guidelines.
